
Eunhee Kim, born on February 20, 1989, in Seoul, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Seoul National University (SNU), graduating in 2013. She earned her Master’s degree with top honors from SNU’s Graduate School of Law in 2015, focusing on Joel Feinberg’s liberalistic criminal law theory under the supervision of Prof. Do-Kyun Kim. Eunhee completed her Ph.D. in Law at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main in 2023, achieving summa cum laude with a dissertation on personal legal good theory and negative freedom, supervised by Prof. em. Dr. Dres. hc Ulfrid Neumann. She was awarded the DAAD doctoral scholarship from 2016 to 2020. Professionally, She works as a visiting researcher at SNU Law Research Institute since 2024 and holds various academic positions at Hanyang, Hongik University, and Gacheon University. In 2024, she became the Director of International Exchange for the Korean Association of Legal Philosophy (KALP) and Secretary for General Affairs of the Korean Society of Legal Sociology.
