CENTRAL ASIA REGIONAL BRANCH

The location of the IVR Central Asia Regional Branch is the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana,
at Maqsut Narikbayev University (mnu.kz), Higher School of Law.

The branch’s official publication is the journal “Law and State” (km.mnu.kz), which publishes
academic papers in English and other languages, as well as translations of outstanding
scholars in the field of philosophy of law, with their consent.

The head of the IVR Central Asia Regional Branch is Anton Didikin, Doctor of Philosophy,
PhD in Law, Associate Professor at the Higher School of Law, Maqsut Narikbayev University,
and Chief Editor of the “Law and State” Journal.
