Leora Dahan-Katz of Yale Law School is the winner of the 2015 IVR Young Scholar Prize. The title of her prize-winning essay is “Response Retributivism”. Leora will present her paper at a plenary lecture* ( during the 27th IVR World Congress to be held in Washington D.C., U.S.A. The winning essay will also be published in the ARSP (Archiv für Rechts- und Sozialphilosophie).
