- 2017 ? Istanbul, Turkey
- 2019 ? Luzern, Switzerland
- 2021 ? Seoul, South Korea
- 2023 ? Buenos Aires, Argentina
Update 26 July 2015: The IVR section for South Korea has withdrawn its offer to host the 2021 world congress.
